4. Appointments

Consultations and fittings at Medhini Boutique are by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled through our website or via WhatsApp. We request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Walk-in visits are welcome subject to availability, but we recommend booking an appointment to ensure a dedicated and personalised experience.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed or communicated are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Payments

Medhini Boutique accepts payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods communicated at the time of order. For custom orders, an advance deposit is required to confirm the order, with the balance due at the time of delivery or collection.

All payments must be completed before the garment is handed over. Medhini Boutique is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by pending payments.
